Responsibilities:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall outlet operations.
He/ She will be accountable for the restaurant's Profit and Loss and training and development of a sizeable group of young aspiring hospitality professionals. He/ She is expected to understand clients gastronomy preferences and embark on effective initiatives to deliver excellent customer services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in F&B Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Restaurant Manager.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Posses excellent leadership and customer service.
- Posess effective communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Candidates should be Singapore citizen or hold PR status.
