Responsibilities:

Assist the manager to manage the outlet and maintain high level of customer service standards.
- Manage manpower planning, including planning on monthly duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower.
- Delegate assignment or instruction from the manager and follow up with the outcome.
- Create harmonious working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that needs training and action to support it.
- To manage bar and service inventory effectively.
- Responsible for daily opening and closing.
- Ensure overall outlet cleanliness and housekeeping.
- To administrate all paperwork effectively.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
- 2 years experience in managerial level in F &B
- Only Singapore Citizens / PR only.
- Working location: Dempsey Road / Holland Village
- 6 days/week
