IT Support Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Microsoft Windows XP / Windows 7 Troubleshooting and Administration.

• Providing 1^st level / 2^ndlevel support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems.

• Escalate or communicate with technical support engineers (3rd level Engineer) on issues/matters that you are unable to resolve or handle

• Follow up on all the calls assigned by the reporting supervisor until the case is closed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

• Solid experience in handling Windows 7 Troubleshooting and Administration.

• Good in Microsoft Windows Configuration and Support.

• Good communication and interpersonal
