Responsibilities:
-
Handle customers' inquiries on flights, hotel reservations and holidays made through walk-in, e-mail, phone & fax
-
Make respective ticket, hotel, cruise, coach and holiday bookings through Abacus system, wholesalers, partners, etc.

Carry out sales-related operational tasks such as issuing invoices and exchange orders to close the sales
-
Assist in promotion and product planning when necessary
-
5-day week (1 weekend and 1 weekday off)
Requirements:
-
Qualification: O-level / Diploma / A-level / Degree
-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Singapore travel agency
-
Skills: Working knowledge of Abacus Reservation System, Retail travel and consulting experience, airfare quotations and reservations, hotel bookings, overseas holiday bookings. Able to sell travel products and handle customers well.

Knowledge: Good knowledge of regional / international holiday destinations

Computer: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Soft skills: A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills. Patient and customer-oriented. Positive personality.

Language: Good command of English and Mandarin (written & oral)
