Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be responsible for the direction and management of the hotel division which include :
- Creates a positive and motivated working environment that promotes teamwork
- Supervises and guides the team to generate profitability and growth for the company
- Ensure policies and procedures are performed in accordance with the established standards and procedures of the business
- Maintains manning level with productivity to ensure effective deployment of manpower
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years general management capacity
- Possess good leadership and people management skills
- Conversant in the area of hotel management or with track record in F&B
- Capable of leading and motivating the team to provide excellent service
