Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Take care of the daily operations and sales of a number of assigned outlets.

• Lead, motivate and train staff to achieve sales objective.

• Area of responsibilities includes staffing, operation, sales, customer service, staff motivation & team spirit cultivation.

• Work closely with HQ ensuring effective implementation of strategies & plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum with SPM certificate or equivalent. Those having STPM / Diploma will have advantage.

• Must have at least 3 years of sales experience in service / retail environment.

• Has passion in retail & service industry.

• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Those in direct selling, public relations & marketing would also be considered.

• Must have the ability to manage several outlets.

• Chinese preferred.

• Must be willing to travel and work on public holidays.
