GETTING SOME EXPERIENCE

Freshers are always worried about getting some experience, as most of the organizations look for experienced work force. Freshers may have to sacrifice on compensation package or brand to get some experience. Internships, volunteer work, and entry level jobs provide a start to freshers.

Internships/Industrial Training
Freshers should develop a strategy to accomplish their career goals. Internships and industrial trainings will help them in gaining some work experience and knowing the organizational culture. The stipend provided during training may be less, but the experience will provide them a good position in future. They should not feel dishonored in working for less than they actually deserve; they should remember that experienced people also struggled while starting their career.

College Placements
Students should work hard at college for their placements. They should prepare themselves well for the placement interviews. The campus placements offer best ways to start career. Organizations come there to recruit freshers/young talent. Thus candidates do not have to compete with the experienced people.
