Interview Questions for Proctor and Gamble

Proctor and Gamble is a professionally managed company with systematic process adherence. Their interview process is very rigorous and well defined. The process of candidate selection starts with the screening of job applications. If the applicant is found suitable for the applied post, then the candidates are asked to go through an online assessment test that involves psychometric and reasoning questions. Interview:  Second Round

After successful clearance of the first round of interaction, the candidates are called for a second round. This round of interaction is focussed on the job competency and is taken by two senior officials of the job vertical at Proctor and Gamble for which the candidates are interviewed. In this round, job specific questions are asked which involve figures and facts. Detailed questions on the job functions are asked which need to be supported by statistical figures. Real life questions relating to problem solving, risk taking and decision making attributes are asked. Questions usually faced in this round are given below.
