Job Interview is a process through which the management of a company tests the job applicant's abilities. Depending on the post an interview can be either based on close ended questions or open ended questions.   • The day before your interview you need to carry your documents related to school, college, graduation and other certificates along with marksheets. If you have received any award or certificate make sure you take them along with you. Its advisable to take both orginal as well as photostat copies of the originals along with pass port size photo copies of yours, so as to avoid any hassle at the last moment.

  • In order to handle the job interview in a better way, be clear on what you want to say in fromt of the interview specially if the interview is resume based.

  • While you prepare for your Job Interview Answers make sure that you are well prepared to describe your strength and weakness. Know your strengths and its better to emphasize on those factors that relate specifically to the job position for which you are being interviewed.

  • Dont be ashmaed to describe your weakness and fears but dont forget to give reasons that by overcoming those fears you have learned a lot. Its better not to bad mouth against your previous employer as this will lead bad impression by the interviewer.

  • Towards the end of the interview, dont be judgemental while negotiating for salary. In most organizations, there are clear parameters for a job, the requisite range of salary that is further adjustable depending upon the market and the applicant's experience.
