Qualifications : For applying in the above posts you need to have a bachelor's degree in Nursing.

For the Senior posts exposure to senior roles and managing the department is mandatory. Apart from that you need to have the ability to take firm decisions and handle all types of patients. An excellent communication skill and a capacity to perform hardships are a plus.
Work experience : For the general posts a prior work experience of 3-5 years is essential . For senior posts a minimum experience of 7-10 years is required.
Working hours : This not specified . But you are required to work with full dedication in the work place. If you are required to work overtime then you are supposed to get overtime benefits.
Pay package: The minimum salary starts from $46,000 and can rise up to $56,000 . However for the post of Director of Nursing your salary is negotiable.
