Initial conversations may at times include questions about your personal life like your income or marital status.

 Annual leaves are granted based on your tenure with the company, i. e. for how long you have been associated with the company. In general, employees receive as many as 10 state holidays in a year. If you have to stay for over 182 days in one year, then payment of taxes is a mandatory factor. You may either make the payments online or submit the same at the nearest the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia branch.
