Other requirements: The applicants must have good managerial skills and a command over English is desired. If the applicant has a flair for learning Nigerian native languages then it will be appreciated. For General Managers and Food and Beverage Managers the applicants are required to have leadership qualities.
Working experience: Previous work experience in 3 star / 4 star hotels is a must. A minimum work experience of about 3- 5 years is desired.
Working Hours: For hotel jobs in Nigeria, there is no specific working hours. In general, Nigerians have 5 days a week. But the applicants are required to work at unsocial hours if there is a need.
Pay scale : Pay scale for international chains of hotels is $ 3,000 to $ 5,000+ perks.
