Minimum qualification required is B.E in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or a BArch/MArch or BSc in Architecture.
Knowledge about piping system, construction and equipment etc is required in case of Mechanical Engineers. For Architects along with the qualification, knowledge of AutoCAD, 3DStudio, Photoshop, along with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint is required. For Civil Engineers, knowledge of roads and construction works is required. Good communication skills especially in English is required. Other than this the candidate should have experience in making presentations to foreign clients as well as attending meetings with them. Moreover the job seeker must operate in a proactive way and must be able to make decisions and act on own initiative.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience is required. Some construction companies even demand up to 8 to 12 years of experience. Experience also depends on the post for which the job seeker is applying.
Working Hours:
Working hours depend on the nature of the post in which the candidate is working. Normally the working hours are between 8 to 10 hours.
