RBI interview procedure:

It is always good to understand the interview procedure, as it helps you prepare yourself better. RBI interviews usually happen in two parts, written examination and personal interview. The written examination is again divided into two papers- Paper 1 (objective type examination) and Paper 2 (descriptive type examination). After securing a relatively higher rank in both the examinations, candidates are short listed for the next round, which is the personal interview. However, the final selection is done after analyzing the performance of a particular candidate in all the rounds.
