Qualification: For managerial positions a Graduate or Master’s Degree in Business or Hotel Management is required.
For other administrative positions a University degree in any discipline is required. For Chefs (Sous and pastry), experience preferably in authentic Italian Kitchen is required. For other posts no basic educational qualification is required. Fluency in English, Russian and German (optional) is also required.

Work Experience: All positions except Room Service and Waiters require work experience. The managerial positions require around 10 to 15 years of quality experience in a luxury hotel. For chefs a minimum of five years of experience is asked for.
