Post of Senior Sous Chef: You will have to develop specific goals, policies and strategies for your department and has to be implemented through correct planning, organizing and training.

You must possess at least a Primary or Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Cantonese Cuisine, Chinese Wedding, Banquet background is needed. An experience of 5 years in the related field is required for this position. Full time positions available.

Post of Hotel Manager: You have to oversee the reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities and supervise security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance. Also have to plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function, conference and entertainment activities.

You must possess at least a Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree and Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality or Tourism or Hotel Management or equivalent. 3 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

Post of Sales Manager: You have to identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive sales and marketing activities to achieve profitability goals. Prepare monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures. Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, and to work closely with developers, advertisers, and production managers.

Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry. Base salary up to S$4,500.
