Q1: What have the last few years taught you?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Life is short, Work with Passion, Gotta find your purpose, Accept situations and not consequences
Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - I think the toughest challenge is always within, finding your true authentic self and being yourself, rest is easy .
Q3: If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - If I took back any career decisions, I wouldn't be here. All the dots connect when I look back .
Q4: What type of people do you like to work?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Love to work with people who are passionate about what they do, authentic and real. WYSWYG .
Q5: How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Not superhero good, but pretty darn good at accepting the situation and changing direction. Change needs action not handling .
Q6: Which attitude does not work for you at workplace?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - One attitude which doesn't work for me at work: Pleasing others and obsessive compulsive yes-manship; Learning to say No
Q7: Can you handle when other people say NO? and How?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Absolutely, a No is just another way of saying I'm not convinced yet! Open ended questions bring bout clarity, for every NO.
Q8: How do u stay current?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Reading! and I mean like crazy reading! blogs, news etc, reading on the iPad hs transformed how I stay updated I'll say :-)
Q9: Describe your most successful accomplishment at work so far?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - Selling web solutions to old-school SME's in Canada. Challenging & rewarding :-) and off-course transition to Social Media.
Q10. How would u describe a perfect job?
[ Aashish Chopra ] - When work doesn't seem like work, when your happiness is linked with your occupation, that to me is the perfect job.
