Q1: What have the last few years taught you?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - That problems are those situations when you drift focus from your goals. Also that with persevearance, one can get through any challenge in life.  Also learnt how recession can bring out creativity. Evolved new products.

Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] -  Say good bye to a non performer in the organisation is tough. Though enough opportunity is given before such action. One wrong person in the crew is a potential timebomb.

Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] -  Nothing really, learnt from every move in life. To learn "Wat not to do" is an equally important lesson. Decisions taken purely based on emotions, had more lesons in retrospection.

Q4. What type of people do you like to work?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - With those who work with a smile. Those who look at solutions and not just find out excuses.

Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - Have been decently swift at responding to and adopting to change. Initially learnt is a tough way.
In today's work environment, change is imperative. You have to run to stay where you are.

Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - I believe that if I have the right to ask for something to somebody, the other person had the right to refuse aswell. When we do not take the world for granted, NO doesnot look like a management issue..  Infact NO Stands for Next Opportunity..:-)

Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - I can vehemently suggest.Communication is a panacea for conflict. Better agree to disagree, then not to speak at all.

Q8. How hard have you been working lately?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - This question will pinch my family. it has been a 90 - 100 hour a week off late. With a few new projects blooming, it has been very tough schedule. But yes I enjoy and cherish every minute spent at work.

Q9. How do you stay current?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - Offcourse social media, while we are interacting Sehwag is nearing is 200 in ODI, to match Sachin's record. I read newspapers online, on the move. I am a kind of news hungry. Wait, should say news greedy.

Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?

[ Ajit Varwandkar ] - Perfect Job looks like an Utopian concept. Nothing and no one is perfect, except the almighty. It's important to get a job profile which you love. When you love what you do, you don't work, you just enjoy and live life happily!
