Q1: Could you share with us a recent accomplishment of which you are most proud of?
[ Aninda Das ] - On July 16th 2011, launched a platform for IT Professionals named NASSCOM IT Niketan which will be beneficial to the many people.
Q2: How do you handle workload stress and emergency situations?
[ Aninda Das ] - I just close my eyes for few minutes when I feel stressed. During emergency situations I take deep breath before taking actions.
Q3: What hardships / challenges did you have to overcome during the pursuit of your career?
[ Aninda Das ] - When I was in Bangalore, there were times when I had to sleep with an empty stomach since pocket money got over early.
Q4: What type of people do you like to work with?
[ Aninda Das ] - Ordinary people with passion and dedication.
Q5: How have you participated in planning processes?
[ Aninda Das ] - 95% of my work involves planning process.
Q6: Tell us about a time when you were able to step into a situation, take charge, muster support and achieve good results?
[ Aninda Das ] - The recent ones which I can think of is during month of August when Mr. Som Mittal, President, NASSCOM visited Kolkata for Cyber Lab inauguration. I was deputed on an emergency basis to lead the entire programme and it turned out to be successful.
Q7: How do you stay current?
[ Aninda Das ] - By interacting with new people. Even social media helps me to stay current.
Q8: What quality you admire in co-workers?
[ Aninda Das ] - Dedication, passion and honesty are the three things which I admire in co-workers.
Q9: How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Aninda Das ] - A perfect job is something which will eliminate “Monday Blues” from one’s calendar.
