- Dis class 10th from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Darbhanga

Q1: What have the last few years taught you?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - That you need to be focused, prioritise your goals, be ready for change and look at the larger picture.
Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - Managing expectations of people working around you especially when they are taking responsibilities and challenges head on.
Q3: If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - None! I have learnt and grown after each career decision made so far.
Q4: If you were written about in the newspaper, on the front page, what would the headline say ?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - Interesting! Try this one "What took it so late?"
Q5: How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] -I'm good at responding to or initiating changes at work, people or policies. No change is boring, innovation is what I seek.
Q6: Can you handle when other people say NO? And How?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - A no requires a relook at your argument - is it reasonable, is it possible, is it feasible? Sign of open environment-positive
Q7: What hardships did you have to overcome during your pursuit of your career?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - Most difficult was not having a guiding force to lead you and show you where you made mistakes
Q8: What quality you admire in co-workers?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - Should be as passionate as I am about the work, ready to take responsibility, and always smiling - a positive outlook
Q9: How do you stay current?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - Nothing better than being on the web, interacting with fellow travellers, gaining from colleagues and TRAVELLING
Q10: How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Manish Shekhar Jha ] - If you love what you are doing and passionate about it, you have perfect job !
