- She is currently working as an Executive Assistant at Compare Infobase Limited from past 8 years.
- Earlier she was in Emerson Process Management as National Sales Manager for 3 years
- She also worked in Alstom Transport as Director HR for 1 year
- Her first company was Alpine Electronics,Japanese MNC as Country Manager where she worked for 3.5 years
Qualifications: An MBA (PGDBM in HR) from Jagan Institute of Management Studies,Pitampura

Q1: What have the last few years taught you?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - Stress & Time Management, Judgement, Decision making and Project monitoring.
Q2 : What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - Personal & Professional work balance & working at odd hours.
Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - 14+ years of work experience, currently into 4th job, every assignment was a learning, no regrets :)
Q4. What type of people do you like to work?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - I hate politicians. Colleagues should always be straight, non-manipulative and co-operative.
Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - CHANGE....now seems to be a KRA of my profile..have seen and handled a lot of it in past 8 years :)
Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - I suggest only when i'm convinced. Taking a NO is always a challenge, it disturbs, takes time to sink in, but settles slowly
Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - With the basic equation, conflicts are short lived. Common meeting with all concerned, given equal opportunity to talk works
Q8. How hard have you been working lately?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - At the position I hold, the work pressure is almost constant all through with few days being an exception.
Q9. How do you stay current?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - The job demands involvement on SM platforms & technology advancements hence ensuring to keep oneself updated on all fronts .
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Neerja Bhaskar ] - A stress free job that offers learning & growth opportunities challenges my experience & envisions my long-term perspective .
