Q1: What have the last few years taught you?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - Work hard and work smart and always remain flexible in what you do.
 
Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - Resign from a cushy well paying job and start a business.
 
Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - Starting Chulha Tiffin Services (my first business) when I did. I should have been better prepared and would then not have faced the initial losses that I eventually did.
 
Q4. What type of people do you like to work?
 
Nishant Gupta ] -  Passionate people. People who want to continue to improve and extend their skill sets.
 
Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
 
Nishant Gupta ] -  I will like to believe that I try to keep up with the times. Change can be hard to digest but its the only way to ensure continuous success.
 
Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - Yes. If someone does say NO, they have reasons. Have an open dialogue and either convince them to say YES, or accept their NO.
 
Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
 
Nishant Gupta ] -  Conflict is usually caused by errors in communication. I make the stakeholders in the conflict sit together and sort issues over. Never had a situation to date when this method was not successful.
 
Q8. How hard have you been working lately?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - I have just started my second business (www.freshville.in) and hence presently doing around 16-20 hours a day.
 
Q9. How do you stay current?
 
Nishant Gupta ] -  I keep reading various news articles online or in papers whenever I get time.
 
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
 
Nishant Gupta ] - A job which you are passionate about will make you happy. When you get into a job like that, its the perfect job for you.
