Q1. What keeps you going in your chosen field of work?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - I do a job; no one wants to do by choice. But I have a talent, which must be used for a better life & security of my people & my country (INDIA). 'Honor' is the highest purpose of all.
 
Q2. In your years of working have u been able to develop n maintain productive relations with others though there were different points of view?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Personally not much. Professionally yes; except in my earlier days. But after so many struggles, I'm now emotionally and mentally ready to everything essential to my survival in life, and/or to maintain a productive relation. The mind is the key.
 
Q3. Any situation where you had to overcome major obstacles to achieve your objectives?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Not in a liberty to disclose anything specific. But, each task comes with new obstacles, and we have negative/nil space for any error.
 
Q4. Tell me about a time when you were able to step into a situation, take charge, muster support and achieve good results?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - One time got out of an ambush in Bastar, we were certainly young then, this was from my training days. We lost two good and brave souls. It was a catastrophe situation. But we pulled out safe. Can’t say the same about the two.
 
Q5. How do you stay current?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Technology and Twitter .
 
Q6. Did you ever have to change work mid-stream due to changing organizational priorities?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - No, not yet.
 
Q7. Any decision in your career that you regret till date, and you feel it could have been otherwise?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Never
 
Q8. How to you strike work life balance?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Simple, I put country before work and work before life; personal or professional a day at a time. For me, the struggle is the glory.
 
Q9. Any advice for the women workforce?
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - Never back down from any situation. “Sometimes the only way to WIN from a situation is to FIGHT through it.”
 
Q10. One issue related to Human rights that you feel strongly about.
 
[ Rajdeep Chakraborty ] - I remember a Robert Burns Quote: “Man's inhumanity to man makes countless thousands mourn!” Rest I strongly believe, Human Rights are inalienable and fundamental rights of human beings who are born free. But certainly not of the devil!
