Q1. What have the last few years taught you?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Indianness, Initiative, Believe in intuition and have dollops of Ice cream - 4 i
Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Leaving today's work for tomorrow and not seeing the same in others
Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Not taking up sports in a big way. Sports teaches quite a bit that can help in career
Q4. What type of people do you like to work?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Work is one chapter of life's book. The only criterion is people must be ethical, honest. Creative folks are friends faster
Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - The only change tough to handle is not seeing the change. Though do get attached to people and any change there is painful.
Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO? And How?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Oh love those situations, that’s the opportunity to challenge myself that the same person will not say "No" next time
Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Mild ones: Talk it out honestly. Milder ones: take them out / go out, Mildest ones: Don’t handle it, give time
Q8. How hard have you been working lately?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - My current work involves less of a physical labor and mind only tires when one wants it to be. So hardly hard work that way
Q9. How do you stay current?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - By thinking about future, one has to keep on looking for trends in near and long terms to stay current
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Mr. Ranjeet Kumar ] - Perfect job is the one you don’t leave or retire from
