Q1: What have the last few years taught you?

Ans by Mr. Romit Mehta:related to recruiting, last few years have taught us that if you have specialized skills, you will be welcome anytime/where 

Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?

Ans by Mr. Romit Mehta:the toughest thing as a program mgr is to get various teams to bind together without managing the people directly. 

Q3. How good are you-REALLY-at handling change?

Ans by Mr. Romit Mehta:i wld put myself 70-30 at being able to handle chg well vs not well. i like dynamism in life but also prefer longterm stuff 

Q4: When conflict arises in your team,how do u handle it?

Ans by Mr. Romit Mehta:really depends on the type of conflict. i try to get to the source of the conflict and address it as a "3rd party" 

Q5: What type of people do u like to work with?

 Ans by Mr. Romit Mehta:i like to work with people who have a drive to get things done. no politics, no nonsense. achieve the goal.
