Jobzing.com would like to thank her for her time....
 Now the Twitter Interview starts....

Q1. What have the last few years taught you?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - Be it in professional or in personal life, joy and satisfaction can come only by realizing the actual needs of the other people and find ways to cater to this as opportunity.

Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - Convincing people: 1) It is doable 2) It must be done 3) It has to be now at the earliest. The main reason is most often we get replies such as –No / why / Tomorrow and we need to get the action rolling in with spirit.

Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - To start a social-setup that is self-sustainable: most career decisions are based on economics and they benefit only a smaller group of beneficiaries. It is that time of my life to look wider and plan.

Q4. What type of people do you like to work?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - People who are eager, curious, committed and resourceful; this being the essential ingredients for innovation & creativity in any product or service delivery.

Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - My personal trait's getting bored of doing the same things the same way. So I get excited to do new things and in better ways. In short Change drives my energy and enthusiasm.

Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - Choose the walls you want to climb; not every wall that blocks your path. One has to be tactful: ask questions such as “why” “why not try” “what if” scenarios so you get the opponent to express their views - eventually you get to win somewhere in the middle ground

Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - Ego rules conflict as much as ignorance. So let both the conflicting teams vent out their expressions and justifications. Then with a firm mind-set put forth the facts / choices / expected results and then resolve conflicts and get everyone’s borrow in as well as task commitments.

Q8. How hard have you been working lately?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - After 21yrs, I now have learnt to work smart: putting in place processes, providing samples, explaining using ‘show & tell’ methodology, hold the hand & give your heart approach to subordinates works best.

Q9. How do you stay current?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - Skimmed reading of industry news /selective and in-depth reading of relevant topics or news / attending seminars & giving guest lectures / speaking in forums that are interactive in nature have helped me stay in tune with times. More wealth of knowledge is acquired while interacting with professionals within industry face-to-face and in informal settings.

Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?

[ Ms. Sangeetha Sridhar ] - A perfect job is one that wakes you up with ideas, makes you sile through execution of the chosen ideas, and gives patience and perseverance through hurdles, true joy in accomplishing every mile-stone, and at the end celebrating success with the entire team.
