Q1. What have the last few years taught you?  
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - That the world is becoming one large melting pot and we have to deal with it. That cash is king. Change is constant for sure. 
         
Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - Lay people off, close a business unit.More due to economy stress and not able to make it viable (in a previous business / assignment). 
 
 Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] -  If education is a build to the career, then I'd say I should have not rejected my IIT admission. At work, nothing to reverse. 
 
Q4. What type of people do you like to work with ?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - Talented, Dedicated, Sharp, Smart. Those who take ownership of their work.. 
 
Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] -  Very. REALLY. 
 
Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] -Sure. But there is no formula answer to the 'how'. It is a case to case issue. But have received enough NOs, and managed. 
 
Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - By understanding both sides of conflict, making them see each other's points of view, and then ensuring right thing is done. 
 
Q8. How do you handle workload stress and emergency situations?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] -  I wish I can say that I handle this well. Still to get on top of this challenge. Just end up working long hours, etc.. :( 
Emergency situations though, are dealt with as calmly as possible, and by doing the best that can be done at that point. 
 
Q9. How do you stay current?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - Few useful RSS feeds, Flipboard, Zite, friends' tweets and FB updates. Also some great podcasts. 
 
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
 
Sanjay Mehta ] - One that marries your personal interest / passion with your skills, and also gives you decent monetary compensation.
