 Now the Twitter Interview starts....

Q1. What have the last few years taught you?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - Personally - Made me more prudent and circumspect. Professionally - Increased patience, risk-taking ability & decisiveness.

Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] -  Recruiting the right talent and training them well is hard, but optimizing their productivity & retaining them- is harder.

Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - In a dog-eat-dog world, I don't think an MBA degree would've been an advantage. You can never measure talent with degrees. I seriously don't have any 'career-decision' regrets. Business decisions - yes. Maybe a couple here & there. Not career.

Q4. What type of people do you like to work?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - Passionate, dedicated people with a purpose in life. Focus and determination is important. Someone who enjoys working. Fun.

Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - Depends. 11yrs of work experience & mixing caution with aggression, keeps me equipped to handle changes. Mostly. But then you never know... I try to keep my senses open, and try to adapt to situations. Field experience too, helps. Usually.

Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO? And How?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - I've heard a lot of people say 'No' to things, while at work. It's almost a default expression. If no one does it, I do it.  Firing people is not the default solution. You either motivate them, find out their problem, or assign someone else to do it.

Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - Unless known already, try to find the cause of the conflict. When known, if it's not too serious I lighten it in no time..  In case it's a serious one, I'd find out what the best step is - in team's & company's interest, that needs to be taken…

Q8. How hard have you been working lately?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] -  Diamond. Tungsten Carbide… what do I say. I haven't worked so hard in my last 11 yrs. Need a break. Badly ! But, alas… :|

Q9. How do you stay current?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - Read. I'm a student of life. I like to know. I ask questions and satiate my own cravings for knowledge by reading up a lot.

Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Mr. Sanjib Chakravorty ] - One which satisfies your soul, doesn't bog you down, makes work fun, decently fills your pocket & leaves you with no regret.
