Q1 What have the last few years taught you?

[ Sasha Gusain ] -That nothing changes unless you do .

Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?

[ Sasha Gusain ] -Think of new content ideas constantly and daily...new perspectives, hooks, persuasion angles. 

Q3: If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?

[ Sasha Gusain ] - None...Sounds clichéd but every mistake helps. 

Q4: What type of people do you like to work?

[ Sasha Gusain ] - People who don't get tied up in bureaucracy and jargon. 

Q5: How good are you REALLY at handling change?

[ Sasha Gusain ] -When it's good, I'm good and when it's bad, I survive - a day at a time. 

Q6: Which attitude does not work for you at workplace? 

[ Sasha Gusain ] - The know-it-all, doomsday preacher attitude. It's never conducive to solution seeking. 

Q7: Can you handle when other people say NO? and How?

[ Sasha Gusain ] - Yes of course, but I need to hear a good reason or the argument for one.. 

Q8: How do u stay current?

[ Sasha Gusain ] - By reading, attending courses/workshops when relevant and meeting people. 

Q9: Describe your most successful accomplishment at work so far?

[ Sasha Gusain ] -Making a living out of my first love- physical fitness, after doing the rounds in other fields. 

Q10. How would u describe a perfect job?

[ Sasha Gusain ] -A job that grows with you and lets you take ownership, good or bad.
