Q1.  What have the last few years taught you?  
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - To live in the 'now' i.e. not always think about past but be fully present in the now in an awakened state. 
 
Q2. What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - Meet the high expectations of my MNC customers in execution of their high quality office spaces and interiors.
 
Q3. If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] -  Leaving one of the largest furniture manufacture Haworth & Joining another, Herman Miller as their National Sales Head.
 
Q4. What type of people do you like to work?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - I like to work with professionals, who know their responsibility and are honest and sincere as I am hands off person .
 
Q5. How good are you REALLY at handling change?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - Am quite good at change, in 24 years, I have started two successful companies, worked with three MNC's & now on my own .Worked with many different work & economic environment and have achieved my targets and goals in most of the cases.  
 
Q6. Can you handle when other people say NO?and How?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - Yes, as I am also a team player. If something one will not be able to do, or does not want to do, then i do it .As long as the reason for 'No' is genuine. I also know when to put my foot down with some corrective actions .
 
Q7. When conflict arises in your team, how do you handle it?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - By listening and being fair to all. Giving a fair chance to every one involved to either correct themselves on their own or convince team why me or someone else is not right. But being fair is utmost & listening is the tool. 
 
Q8. How hard have you been working lately?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - Well I have always worked hard as I am passionate about things I do. I only work for something that I am passionate about .
    
Q9. How do you stay current?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - In my field of interior designs, there are lot of things happening, seminars, meetings & exhibition and I read a lot .
 
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
 
[ Mr. Shashidhar Sharma  ] - A job where you are working because you are passionate about what you are doing and in love with your office environment. Money that you get should only be incidental. One can't be exceptional doing things one is not passionate about .
