Q1: Describe your most successful accomplishment at work so far?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - In my 1st job I was the highest revenue earner :) Otherwise I think each day brings challenges n achievements...
Q2: If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional. With whom would it be?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - I don't think I'd like to opt for this option as I believe we all are born with unique personalities. Trading won't help.
Q3: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - To get definition in randomness. As I handle operations I can never predict what the next day may bring. I love that.
Q4: Tell us about a time when you were able to step into a situation, take charge, muster support and achieve good results?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - When I was given the responsibility to handle the operations way back in November 2008. It has been a learning experience since then, kind of on the job training. Sometimes you learn while you execute.
Q5: What type of people do you like to work?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - Those who are professionals and those who have desire to learn, however clichéd this may sound...
Q6: How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - I started my career in Marketing, then shifted to media, taught students, got into content n now operations. Change is constant
Q7: Which attitude does not work for you at workplace?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - Staying within limits. Putting a cap on the possibilities.
Q8: Can you handle when other people say NO? And How?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - Yes absolutely coz that gives me the chance to say NO as well. It works both ways.
Q9: How do you stay current?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - By staying active on Social Media, specially Twitter. By reading stuff online and by communicating with people. Good learning.
Q10. How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Shilpa Srivastava ] - Where you don't feel you are working. :) Where you are able to utilize your potential in the best possible way.
