The thirty fifth twitter interview was given by Mr.Surendra Chaurasiya on 06th February 2012.Introduction:
- He is a principal at ON Atelier, a small design studio catering to various local & international clients. The design studio specializes in Design for varied mediums like Web, Print & TV & emerging new mediums.
- He has worked in the design field for as much as 16+ years & has worked with multi-speciality companies that deals in media, design & technology.
- Very recently he has got into vast segment of Photography & intend to specialize in Documentary, Art & Pictorial photography.
Education: He is a Commerce graduate from Bombay University specializing in Business Management. He has been always adopting new techniques & technologies and has been a self-learner.

Now the Twitter Interview starts....
Q1: What have the last few years taught you?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - Lots of new trends & new tech around. The change is happening too fast. Aim at coping up with technological advancement .
Q2: What is the toughest thing you have to do professionally?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - Toughest thing to do in profession is to deal with nasty clients…its a tough job to deal with clients who are egoistic or illiterate. Dealing with high attrition rate & finding/retaining right talent is another milestone.
Q3: If you were written about in the newspaper, on the front page, what would the headline say?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - As long as I'm alive, that's not going to happen :D I don't even dream to appear in front page news line.
Q4: What type of people do you like to work?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - I love to work with aspiring individuals & small companies that run with great in-depth knowledge, sense & accountability…
Q5: How good are you REALLY at handling change?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - Feel I'm pretty moderate in handling change. Most important part of Change is to Accept change. Which I welcome with both hands!
Q6: If you could take back one career decision, what would it be?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - I haven't made any decision so far, that I would like to revert to. None as of yet. Don't really know about future.
Q7: Tell us about a time when you were able to step into a situation, take charge, muster support and achieve good results?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - There had been plenty of situations where projects gets messed up due to reasons. I play multi-skilled lead to rescue them. Projects may fall on face & investments go in vain.These projects need management skills that are practical, not idealistic!
Q8: How do you stay current?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - Constantly scan several local & international magazines. Read many blogs & browse almost 100s of new websites everyday :
Q9: If you could trade places with any other person for a week, famous or not famous, living or dead, real or fictional. With whom would it be?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - I'd love to be Kishor Kumar. He really lived like a legend. he still is, for me :D
Q10: How would you describe a perfect job?
[ Surendra Chaurasiya ] - Haha :D A perfect job never existed and will never exist. It's too simple.
