Qualification- For the non-management level such as bar boy, butcher, gate keeper etc, no such professional qualification in required. For the management level like manager, chef, food manager, a master degree in management specially in hotel management, with specialization in front office, culinary, hospitality etc. 

 

Working experience – It mostly depends on the type of hotels/restaurant. For general positions like gate keeper, waitress, no such working experience in required. For higher positions, a minimum working experience of 2-3 years in hospitality or tourism industry. 

 

Pay scale- Unspecified. At management level, the salary is fixed with other basic benefits. For general positions salary is also fixed and there are added tips from the customers. 

 

Language required- Basically fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, English. The more the better.
