Human Resource Manager
As a Human Resource Manager, you need to be responsible for supervise the human resource management and administration functions relating to personnel administration and conducting programs concerning employee recruitment, selection, training and development, retention, benefits, labor relations and occupational safety. You have to be involved as a focal point for all important decision making regarding Human Resource activities. You need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration or related field. You need to have a five years of Human Resource experience and three years of experience in a generalist role.
Human Resources Assistant:
You will be responsible for creating and managing correspondence, including answering telephone calls, addressing incoming correspondence and preparing correspondence for distribution to internal and external customers in a professional and efficient manner. You have to maintain a customer service attitude at all times. You also have to manage departmental filing, copying, and processing of invoices. You will relieve management of all administrative details on projects by preparing monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics and preparing Power Point presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
Human resources Admin:
If you are trying to make a mark in this field, then you have to be responsible for providing support to the daily administration of employee benefits, compensation, employee data and the Human Resources Information System. You need to maintain the highest level of security and confidentiality of employee information. You have to be administrative and highly organized and pay attention to detail and be excellent at time-management skills. You should be able to answer questions regarding employee benefits, process benefits, changes and terminations. You have to administer monthly billing reconciliation and maintain integrity of data in Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
You should have an experience of 1-2 years of administrative experience. Relevant professional experience in Human Resources is also preferred. You have to be good at time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills. You should posses excellent customer service and teamwork skills and pay attention to detail. You should have verbal and written communication skills.
