Engineering Planning Manager: If you are applying for this post, then you have to manage the preparation and coordination of plans and schedules for new or existing programs. You also have to direct the determination, monitoring, and review of costs, operational budgets and schedules and manpower requirements. You have to be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You will supervise and resolve proposal preparation problems and assess the progress against established plans and parameters.

You need to have a degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience or professional experience and specialize training commensurate with assignment.

Mechanical Engineering: You will need a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in refinery or chemical and other industrial plants. Previous work experience must include interpreting design documents: P&IDs, PFDs; scope of work; schedules; and equipment arrangements. You also must have an understanding of ASME, ANSI, API and NEMA standards.

Electrical Controls Engineering: You must be extremely motivated, have a superior electrical/controls aptitude and hands-on knowledge of machinery control systems and interfacing with ancillary systems, preferably centrifuges and filters. You must also possess excellent time management skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of company personnel and management. You should have excellent written and oral skills. Proficient in computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and RS Logix is required. You have to travel throughout North America and Europe as required. Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2 years relevant experience. You will be offered a competitive compensation and benefit package.

Chemical Engineering: You have to assist in the design, construction and scale-up of complex processes from pilot to commercial scales. You will also have to participate in new product development, customer technical assistance and upgrade of existing products and processes. You have to maintain existing customer accounts and monitor day-to-day plant operations to insure compliance with best manufacturing practices, current SOP's and strive for maximum efficiency.

As a qualification for this job, you need a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 3+ years of experience with the relative field. You need to have a full understanding of process equipment and process flow. Knowledge of HACCP and third party audits including AIB and others is required.
