Human Resources Manager: As a Human Resources Manager, you have the responsibility of managing and supervising the personnel department within a company or organization. You will oversee and evaluate the employees, retrain employees, offer mediation services for struggling employees as well as firing employees who are able to meet standards. The role of Human Resources Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable for successful project delivery of consulting engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications. You as a project manager will provide leadership and direction to the project team, which consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees, as well as managing client relationships. You need to be a BA with 6 to 8 years of experience, or MS/MBA, or PhD or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Perfect organizational, oral and written communication and analytical skills are essential. Database skills are also an essential.
