Human Resources Manager: As a Human Resources Manager, you have the responsibility of managing and supervising the personnel department within a company or organization. You will oversee and evaluate the employees, retrain employees, offer mediation services for struggling employees as well as firing employees who are able to meet standards. You need to have excellent communication and time management skills.

You will require a Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience. You should also have least five years experience in a generalist/manager capacity within a predominantly field, non-exempt service industry. Strong experience in employee relations strategies is required. MBA or PHR/SPHR designation is preferred. You should be good at problem solving skills.

Human Resources Director:
This post requires you to be responsible for the overall development, coordination and management of the Human Resources department. You have to manage staff support in recruitment, employee relations, and retention.

A Bachelor's degree along with working knowledge in a specialized field. It will add to your qualification if you are MBA or have done advanced level courses in statistics, applied psychology, economics, auditing, employment or labor relations. Five years of experience in progressive personnel operations is needed. You also need to have good supervisory techniques and basic computer skills.

Human Resources Project Manager:
The role of Human Resources Project Manager (PM) is directly accountable for successful project delivery of consulting engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications. You as a project manager will provide leadership and direction to the project team, which consists of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees, as well as managing client relationships. The PM also participates in qualifying and pursuing client sales opportunities, playing a lead role in developing the solution, scope, estimates, and client proposal, and may be involved in business case development.

You will need a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in understanding of HR Operations. 1 year of experience in consulting and client management with Director level and above. You have to be willing to travel quite often. Fluency in English is also required.

Human Resource Senior Analyst:
This position will require you to involve in research and preparation of written reports and then carefully present the methodology, results, and policy implications of analyses.

You need to be a BA with 6 to 8 years of experience, or MS/MBA, or PhD or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Perfect organizational, oral and written communication and analytical skills are essential. Database skills are also an essential.
