Sales Person: As a sales person you should have done a 2 year program and have 0-2 years of work experience. Outside sales experience will prove to be a great advantage. You should possess intermediate computer skills and have an outgoing personality and reliable transportation. You need to have organizational skills that are important and you also need the ability to multi-task. 

 

Software Sales Executive: If you are in the field of Software Sales Executive, the you have to direct new business sales activities. You also have to prioritize activities and apply resource in the optimum way to achieve sales targets. You have to be focused in sales and marketing campaigns and support the development of business activities. Attend on-site solution demonstrations to ensure that all required resources are available. Presenting the company and its solutions, products and services in a professional manner is your responsibility.

You need an undergraduate degree. An advanced degree would be a strong requirement. 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software, preferably in Help Desk, Service Management and/or Business Process Automation solutions is needed.

 

Senior Sales Account Executive: If you are joining at this post, then you have to be superior at negotiating and influencing skills. You have to keep track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly sales quotas. You need to have a demonstrated track record of structuring, closing and managing prospect relationships in a direct and leveraged sales model.

You need to have a minimum of 3 years of technical software sales experience with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement. Good verbal and written skill is required. You should have a Bachelor’s degree or degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
