Jobs in Zimbabwe

The former Republic of Rhodesia is officially known as the Republic of Zimbabwe and is commonly known as Zimbabwe. It is a landlocked country in the southern region of Africa. Zimbabwe is a developing country.
 
The main foreign currency earners for the country are - mineral exports, agriculture and tourism and its biggest trading partner is South Africa. These three sectors provide a large number of jobs in Zimbabwe. The different issues that the country has faced in the recent past have affected the jobs in Zimbabwe. And for this the government is blaming the different sanctions that were imposed by different organizations. 
 
The inflation rate of the country is high due to different problems that the country is facing during the recent past and as a result the employment rate has also been very high. But presently things are changing. A meeting was held South African Development Community in which discussions were made on how to remove the sanctions which is affecting Zimbabwe's economy.

SADC also requested UK to fund the land reforms in Zimbabwe which was promised in the Lancaster meeting that led to the independence of the country. If everything goes fine, there will be a marked improvement in the job market of the country. If jobs in Zimbabwe are rising, it will reduce the high unemployment rate that is prevalent in the country. 
 
Lack of skilled work force is a marked feature of the Zimbabwean labor market for the new industries a large skilled and qualified work force is required and the government is trying to recruit a large number of people in different departments. The government is trying to improve the work culture and the pays and perks so that a large number of people are interested and attracted towards jobs in Zimbabwe.
